This policy explains what personal data Adiops collects when you visit www.adiops.in or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Adiops is an AI automation agency based in India, run by Adithya Singh Rathod. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Data we collect

We only collect data you give us or that your browser sends when you use the site:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.

• Call bookings through Calendly: your name, email, chosen time and any answers you add.

• AI chat assistant on this site: the messages you send and any contact details you choose to share.

• WhatsApp, email and social media messages you send us: your name, number or handle and the message.

• Usage data (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location and the website or campaign that referred you.

We do not ask for, and you should not share, card numbers, bank details, Aadhaar, PAN, passwords or one-time codes. If you type them into the chat by mistake, our assistant masks them before anything is stored.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you the information you asked for.

• To schedule and prepare for calls, and to send proposals or follow-ups you would expect.

• To keep a record of our conversations so you don’t have to repeat yourself across channels.

• To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics, only with your consent).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site and chat working. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are useful. Clarity can record anonymised sessions, such as mouse movement and scrolling, with form fields masked. These analytics tools only run if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site.

4. Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers to run the site and our systems. They only process data on our instructions:

• Framer (website hosting and form handling).

• Google (Workspace email, Google Sheets and Google Analytics).

• Microsoft Clarity (site analytics).

• Calendly (call scheduling).

• Anthropic (the AI model behind our chat assistant).

• Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messaging).

• Our own servers, which run our lead management and automation tools.

Some of these providers store data outside India. When that happens, we rely on their security and contractual commitments to protect it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and conversation records for as long as we are talking to you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete them sooner. Client project data is covered by the separate agreement we sign with each client.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.

• Ask us to correct, update or delete your data.

• Withdraw your consent at any time, for example to analytics or follow-up messages.

• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

• Raise a complaint with us, and if you’re not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To make a request, email adithya@adiops.in. We will reply as soon as possible, and within 30 days.

7. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections, access limited to people who need it, and regular encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your data has been exposed.

8. Children

This site and our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
